New Clients:
If you’re new to us, please complete the required Client Screening form when booking your appointment. This information helps us prepare for your session and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Please note that during your Initial Consultation, we may ask additional questions to fill in any gaps or clarify details as needed.
Please note:
- All initial consultation sessions will require pre-payment at the time of booking.
- Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the full session being charged.
- Products purchased are for local collection only (King’s Lynn).
Before you attend:
- Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and wait outside (in your car).
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and bring any relevant medical reports, scans, or referral letters if applicable.
- If you have any accessibility needs (e.g., cannot use stairs), please let us know in advance so we can support you appropriately.
Private Insurance Claims:
If you intend to claim your treatment through a private insurance provider, please let us know before booking. This allows us to confirm whether your therapist is recognised by your insurer and ensure we meet the requirements of your policy. We may suggest a brief telephone consultation beforehand to check suitability.

- Our clinic provides Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Sports Massage and Acupuncture specifically for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
- Please be aware that there may be charges associated with certain administrative duties, such as providing detailed receipts or letters for insurance purposes. These charges cover the costs involved in processing your documents accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with your insurance company’s requirements.
